Great video, Catherine! It is nice to know that we are in a great place right now and able to deliver what people are looking for to get through the money crunch.
Let's keep cranking out the stories!

Glad to see the video blogs back. I belong to myspace, twitter, and facebook, but honestly, I don't spend much time on them. There just aren't enough hours in the day.

As for romance? It provides just the escape one needs in these trying times. So we're all providing a valuable service ;).

Great video blog as usual!

Great video blog, Catherine! I'm just a member of Twitter - and a few loops - which is probably a good thing, because I spend way too much time tweeting. Oh, and I followed you, by the way. ;)

Helen: I'm told that you need to have a presence on all of these things... but I don't know what I need to do on twitter...

Cari: I'm on way to long too.

Timely post, Catherine. Well done.

Cool post. Romance's recession proof status makes so much sense. Between romance novels and bollywood films I always have an escape or two at the ready in times of need!

On the social networking end, I'm barely able to keep up with Facebook...

Hi Pat and Shirin... thanks for stoppin' by. I'm starting to find more to do with these social networks. Timing is key I think...

I so agree with everything you had to say. And you look so cute in the videos!

Hey Catherine! I am doing a video blog too! I have joined Blip TV for it. I sure hope I can brave the nerves and get it online. Thanks for sharing yours!

Thanks Mary!
And let me know when your video blog is up, Kim. I'd love to see it.

I'm on Myspace and Facebook but still can't get the hang of Facebook (I don't know why) I haven't yet joined Twitter. The only things I really spend serious time on are my blogging and updating my website. Honestly, I find the promo side completely exhausting!!!

Sorry I'm late! Great video as always.

I belong to Facebook and MySpace, but only use them to connect to people and post book info. So, I rarely update them. I belong to a few loops, but I'd honestly rather spend my time on blogs, but I also worry this will impact sales. What to do?

Hey Catherine, as usual great video! I don't spend a lot of time on the other places or loops. I find blogging takes up lots of time as it is! But maybe it is necessary? I don't really know. I agree with Christina-- I think promo is so tiring!
