Ahhh...

Time for the big after Christmas deep breath! We had a wonderful holiday, made even more special because my husband was able to be home. I'm patting myself on the back because I made the best turkey in my life. There was not trick, no special family way of cooking the bird. Just the oven bag, which I use every year, and a butterball. The thing was so damn good I had to stop myself from eating turkey for breakfast. Yes, that good! Yum!
